Across our website, individuals have access to a variety of images that give them a closer look into our purpose-built facilities. There are photographs of our dedicated team members, pictures of our innovative storage options and services, as well as 360° virtual tours of our pristine viewing rooms.

As New York’s #1 art storage company, it’s always been our priority to inform others about how we are reimagining collections storage and services. The service descriptions and accompanying photographs on our website have always been a great resource for prospective clients, but we really wanted to show them why UOVO is the solution to virtually any art storage need. Now, anyone who wants a more extensive behind-the-scenes look at our facilities and services has access to this short video we’ve recently uploaded to our website, which you can view here.

In total, our four facilities encompass over 650,000 square feet of storage space. The vastness of our buildings is two-fold: we can accommodate items and collections of any size, and we offer three levels of climate-controlled storage, including options that exceed museum standards. Industry experts at each location make sure that every facility is continually operating to the highest level of professional and care.

In our video, you can see some of our most pivotal team members at work. First, our art handlers, whose versatility allows us to offer an all-encompassing list of services. Each one of our art handlers brings a unique perspective and diversified skill set to UOVO, yet they are all trained to work across sectors, from shipping to packing to installation.

Next, our dedicated account managers are the one-stop advisors for our clients. Our account managers cultivate strong relationships with every client to identify their specific requirements and preferences; using their industry knowledge, they establish the storage and service solutions necessary to meet those needs.

To meet the specialized needs of any client and collection, UOVO offers an array of storage and service options. In order to preserve the integrity of valuables, for example, our climate-controlled units protect environmentally sensitive items against fluctuating temperatures and humidity levels, which can damage certain materials and mediums. We also utilize cutting-edge technology to digitally track all inventory, which gives account managers and art handlers the ability to view pertinent information about an item and track where it is anywhere within the facility.

While our customizable storage units offer clients a secure environment to keep their collections, clients also have access to functional, interactive spaces as well. At the end of the video, you see one example of how a client can utilize our space: our private viewing rooms.

These gallery-quality rooms feature pristine walls, concrete floors, and fully-adjustable lighting, which lend themselves as customizable spaces for any event, from a private exhibition to an exclusive cocktail party. Our art handlers will assist in loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, and installing pieces to each client’s specifications. Our staff is also available to help organize other event details, such as catering and audio visuals, when needed.
