How to Host Your Event at UOVO
Since opening in December 2014, our UOVO:LIC facility has quickly become a dynamic hub for the art world. Between collectors and gallerists, museum curators and registrars, and fashion executives and archivists, a diverse group of people comes to the building each day to view and work with their collections. Our numerous viewing rooms and open spaces provide clients with a multitude of options for enjoying their collections in the company of colleagues and friends.
The dynamism of the spaces means that we’ve been able to host events ranging from an 80-person cocktail party for the Centre Pompidou Foundation, to private viewings for art dealers and their clients, to non-profit board meetings and panels on conservation. We look forward to hosting fashion shows and presentations, as well as opening dinners and artist talks in 2017.
For clients who wish to host events centered around objects in their collection, UOVO can provide both the necessary space and expertise. We can deliver work from an off-site location if it is not stored at UOVO, and our in-house technical team will ensure that any artwork or couture pieces needed for your event are installed professionally and punctually. Our marketing and events department can assist with vendor coordination and take the headache out of event planning for you.
