The Dallas Morning News covers UOVO’s Texas expansion

March 28, 2022

A new North Texas storage facility is aimed at an elite clientele.

Instead of the usual place to store that old sofa or camping gear, the Las Colinas building will serve as a place to stash fine art, collectibles and such. Dallas art collector Howard Rachofsky and art adviser John Runyon are teaming up with New York-based Uovo to create the 85,000-square-foot Irving project. The partners are renovating an existing Irving building to house the operation at 2111 W. Walnut Hill Lane. The building previously housed operations for an apparel and accessories firm.

Uovo bills itself as the nation’s leading storage and logistics provider for art, archives and collectibles with facilities in New York, Delaware, Florida, California and Colorado. The secure, climate-controlled storage centers provide both concierge service in shared spaces and private storage rooms for individual clients.
