UOVO, New York’s #1 provider of art, fashion and collections storage and services, has closed on 105 Evergreen Avenue in Brooklyn. Totaling 150,000 square feet, the building is situated on an approximately 77,000 square-foot parcel of land in the Bushwick neighborhood. Kassin Sabbagh Realty, LLC brokered the sale for $47,000,000. Total project costs are estimated at $76,000,000. The facility is scheduled to open in fall 2019.
Construction on UOVO: BROOKLYN will begin in January 2019.
