Part-Time Sales & Marketing Administrator

UOVO seeks a part-time Sales and Marketing Administrator to support a wide range of projects including research, CRM maintenance, and events related to business development, project management, and marketing.

The ideal candidate is results-orientated yet discreet, comfortable working with high-touch clientele, an effective and confident communicator, and maintains a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key responsibilities:

• Track, process, and file leasing documents and deposits
• Liaise with clients regarding leasing documents, deposits, estimates, proposals, and appointments
• Own, maintain, and improve key Excel tracking files
• Track and disseminate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales data
• Assist the Sales and Marketing team with administrative duties, data analysis, proposal preparation, scheduling, and filing
• Develop administrative systems to increase Sales and Marketing team efficiency
• Conduct research on prospective clients and markets
• Event coordination
• Website maintenance
• Social media engagement
• Adherence to all company policies and high ethical standards
• Any other projects or tasks assigned by Manager

Required qualifications:
• 2-5 years related administrative experience
• Interest in and ability to commit to a part-time position
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Database management experience
• Highly organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• Effective multi-tasker

Preferred skills:
• Knowledge of WordPress
• Knowledge of the Adobe Suite, particularly Acrobat and Photoshop
• Knowledge of Cision
• Prior experience working in fine art, fashion or luxury sectors
• Prior experience working with the media
