BECOMING A UOVO FASHION CLIENT

What should I expect during the initial appointment?
In order to prepare for the initial appointment, please sign the new client forms and dedicate some time to selecting the articles of clothing you wish to keep in UOVO Fashion’s care. Your UOVO Account Manager will contact you to confirm the appointment date, time, and any special instructions. We will bring supplies to carefully pack your wardrobe and provide a complimentary in-home consultation if needed. If you request a consultation, our experts will help you select items for safekeeping with UOVO Fashion.

How can I keep track of my storage inventory?
It’s simple to manage your wardrobe storage with our proprietary platform, MyCloset. This digital lookbook provides clients with 24/7 access to their inventory. Using MyCloset, clients can easily see what items are in storage, request a pickup or delivery service, and even assign digital tags to items to create a custom closet experience.

Can I share MyCloset with a friend, relative, or stylist?
Absolutely. MyCloset allows you to designate authorized users who can review your inventory, submit delivery requests, or add notes to the closet.

How many items can I store with UOVO Fashion?
We can accommodate wardrobes of any size with no maximum capacity. We do request a minimum commitment of at least one rack (up to 50 items).

What is the length of the storage commitment? What happens if I need to terminate my membership before the commitment period has elapsed?
There is a 12-month minimum storage commitment. In certain instances and under certain conditions, UOVO Fashion will allow a reduced, 6-month agreement.
STORING WITH UOVO FASHION

Will my clothes be cleaned before they are sent to UOVO Fashion?
Yes, as it’s deemed necessary. UOVO Fashion does not provide in-house dry cleaning services. In order to preserve the condition of your precious wardrobe and ensure ready-to-wear delivery, we will arrange for professional garment care services, if needed, before garments are stored for an extended period of time. UOVO is affiliated with the nation’s most reputable garment care providers.

Does UOVO Fashion provide cold storage & conditioning services for furs?
Yes. UOVO Fashion utilizes cold storage vaults for fur items. Cold storage fees apply.

Do you inventory the clothing at my home?
In most cases, UOVO Fashion will collect your wardrobe and bring it back to our facility for cataloging, professional photography, and a detailed inspection. To streamline the wardrobe inventory process, we recommend that clients complete a thorough review of the garments they intend to store with us ahead of the initial appointment.

What types of items do you store at your facilities? Is there anything you cannot store for me?
UOVO Fashion stores textiles of any kind including clothing, footwear, accessories, furs, travel/sport accessories, personal effects, and luggage. UOVO Fashion is not able to store fine jewelry or perishables of any kind. If you are looking to store a wardrobe-related item that is not listed, please contact us for additional guidance.
UOVO also provides premium storage for non-wardrobe items—including art, wine, and collectibles—through our other business divisions. Contact us to find the best solution to your storage needs.
PICKUPS & DELIVERIES

How many pickups and deliveries are included in the monthly fee?
Clients are entitled to one local delivery per month and UOVO Fashion reserves the right to charge for subsequent deliveries. There is no charge for pickups in our local delivery areas.

How do I submit a pickup request?
If you would like to schedule a pickup, please submit a request through the MyCloset platform.

How long does it take to receive the items I need?
UOVO Fashion offers next-day delivery of up to 10 garments in most areas. We strive to accommodate your schedule for all deliveries and pickups. If you require a rush or after-hours delivery, surcharges will apply. After-hours and weekend deliveries must be scheduled in advance. UOVO Fashion is closed for major public holidays and cannot guarantee deliveries during these dates.

Can I utilize your services if I don’t live in a region where UOVO Fashion is located?
UOVO Fashion provides travel wardrobe and delivery services for clients worldwide. No matter where you live, UOVO Fashion is the ideal way to keep your wardrobe looking its best year-round. To get started, we will coordinate a pickup or shipment from your home. If you are traveling to or near one of our locations, you have the option of bringing the wardrobe with you and leaving it with us upon departure. The starting rate for out-of-area deliveries is $100/hr. Please inquire for an estimate.
BILLING

How much does it cost to store my items?
Billing is determined by the number of storage racks you require. You may store up to 50 garments per rack. Additionally, each rack includes complimentary space for 10 pairs of shoes and 10 accessories. If a garment is longer than 60” or bulky, it will be counted as two items. Boots are also counted as two pairs of shoes.
Additional items are typically billed at $8 per item.
Please note that preferential pricing can be extended to clients with significant garment volume and/or a two-year (or longer) commitment.
