With the acquisition, UOVO solidifies its position as the largest provider of fine art storage and shipping in Texas alongside its existing 85,000 square foot Dallas location. Houston represents a strong and growing community of collectors and institutions, making the establishment of UOVO Art’s expansion in Texas an ideal next step. The TYart transaction closely follows UOVO’s acquisition of Vino Vault, which included two facilities in Houston and Dallas. With over 30 locations across three verticals, UOVO is committed to growing its already robust network across the country. In Texas alone, UOVO will now offer over 140,000 square feet of storage for its clients.
Known throughout Texas and the surrounding region, TYart is a leader in fine art services, with longstanding relationships with collectors and institutions due to the dedicated oversight of founders Christopher Tribble and Kyle Young. With a strong background in the fine arts, Tribble and Young created TYart with a nuanced understanding of the handling and storage of fine art. For over 25 years, TYart and their team of experts have provided its clients with a comprehensive suite of services, including fine art storage, packing and crating, shipping, and installation and fabrication.

Under UOVO’s management, TYart’s three Houston locations, which total approximately 42,000 square feet, will soon offer clients access to its proprietary client portal and white glove collection management services, integrated with UOVO’s national shuttle, account services and newly launched international shipping. These additional services will bolster TYart’s strong reputation for providing best-in-class regional transportation, installation, crating and packing.
