Shipping wine commercially can put your bottles at risk due to suboptimal climate and handling conditions. UOVO’s Concierge Pickup uses vehicles designed specifically for wine transportation to deliver your order directly to your storage locker so you can enjoy your wine exactly as you purchased it.

To make the most of Concierge Pickup, you’ll need to have a wine storage account with UOVO Wine. Whether you purchased from an online retailer or directly from a vineyard, just mark your order as pickup. Then, make a request with us to pick it up. We’ll send one of our refrigerated vehicles to collect your order and return it to the nearest UOVO Wine facility. Then, using our network of wine shipping routes, we’ll safely deliver it to your locker.
